Talaera’s policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide, and we limit access to that information only to those with a need to know. Talaera collects the following information from you: first name, last name, e‐mail address, and city. In addition, if you choose to complete certain forms or send us requests, you will be asked to provide the following information: street address, city, state ZIP, phone number, SkypeID, education, biography, photo, country, native language, and information for which you are seeking assistance from a teacher. Because payment is through Stripe®, PayPal, or wire transfer, Talaera will not see your credit card number or banking information.

As a result, all data provided on the Site other than by Talaera, including but not limited to exercises, homework, homework answers, voice files, voice transcriptions, translations, and other materials is licensed to Talaera on a worldwide, non‐exclusive, irrevocable basis and Talaera may, and authorize others to, modify, enhance, or create derivative works based on the Materials. Talaera’s policy is to prohibit the unlawful disclosure of your personal information.
