About This List

This page lists the third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors“) that Talaera Inc. (“Talaera“) engages to Process personal information in connection with the Talaera platform, application, and related services. We maintain this list as a transparency commitment to our customers and to the individuals who use our Services.

Each Sub-Processor is bound by a written agreement with Talaera that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those Talaera commits to in its Data Processing Agreement, which is available on request to current and prospective customers under reasonable confidentiality terms. Talaera remains responsible to its customers for the acts and omissions of its Sub-Processors.

This list is current as of the “Last Updated” date above. Customers will be informed of changes to this list in accordance with the notification provisions of the Data Processing Agreement applicable to them. Recent changes are noted below. A Note on Teachers

Talaera engages individual independent contractor teachers as authorized personnel under Talaera’s direction, confidentiality obligations, and platform access controls. Teachers access Personal Data only as needed to deliver instructional services through the Talaera platform and do not receive bulk exports or independent data-processing authority. For that reason, Talaera does not list individual teachers as separate vendor Sub-Processors.

Recent Changes

This section lists changes to the Sub-Processor list within the past 30 days. Changes older than 30 days may be archived and are available on request. Customers will be notified of changes in accordance with the notification provisions of the Data Processing Agreement applicable to them.
