No. There are no grammar explanations, no worksheets, and no exams. The focus is on flow, clarity, and confidence, expressing ideas under pressure, and ounding natural and professional — not “textbook English.”

You should be at least lower intermediate (A2+ or B1) to make the most of these sessions, all the way up to Advanced (C2).
